Cajun Steaks with Mango Salsa
Serves 4
1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
4 thin 6-ounce top round steaks
2 cups mesclun greens
Mango Salsa:
1 large mango, chopped coarsely
2 medium tomatoes, seeded, chopped coarsely
1 small red onion, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons finely shredded fresh basil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Prepare the mango salsa by mixing all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. Sprinkle the seasoning over the beef, cook on a pre-heated grill until browned on both sides. Place one steak on each plate. Top with mesclun greens and mango salsa.
