Matthew 11:28-30
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

On March 3rd and 4th, I was glad to observe a classroom for severe and profound handicapped (SPH) students at one of the public schools named Inspire Community High School. In these visits I spent two hours each day observing. The first time was in the morning from 9am to 11am, and the second occasion was from 11am to 1pm. My goal was to deepen my understanding of SPH by observing this particular group of students: how they communicate with each other and others, how they learn, how they live and how/what they eat. When I first walked in the classroom, three students were having pureed breakfast together and were fed by the main teacher and two special education classroom assistants. Four other students were done eating and waiting patiently in the classroom. There was a large table in the middle of the room and the students sat around the table in their wheelchairs. The room was decorated with colorful posters, a small carpet, a mats area, and almost every object had labels on it; fo
Friday afternoon my office building treated all tenants to a very nice miniature desserts social. They had different kinds of seasonal sugar cookies, brownies, cheese cakes, and lemon squares, etc. Hot chocolate and apple cider were also served and accompanied with mini marshmallows, whipped cream and cinnamon sticks. Now I think about my favorite dessert, tiramisu. I found a recipe a while ago and would like to try to make it myself. Below is the recipe as you also might be interested in baking this wonderful dessert for your family and friends. Let me know how you like it and show me some pictures if you like. Finally, I would like to thank God as He is the only one who created all kinds of foods for us to enjoy and gave us a tongue to taste. Lord, you are so good. Have you also found that the Lord is good? If so, what did you do to share His goodness with others and let them taste this wonderful gift? If not, do you want to experience

I ran to the living room, and turned the television on at low volume to watch my favorite cartoon show. Half an hour later, I heard a noise coming from the bathroom. As I took little steps walking toward it, I could recognize that the noise was running water. The bathroom was really scary; it was dark and had no light on. So I stopped walking and just stared at it. "Daddy, Daddy. Is that you?" I yelled, but no one answered. I ignored it and went back to watch my favorite show. Another half hour passed, I heard the water running even harder. I felt scared; and I woke my sister up and asked her to walk with me. We both yelled, "Daddy, Daddy. Is that you?" Again, no one answered. "It might be a ghost." Winnie said. "Stop! It's not. Let&
